1. Made-to-Order Products (No Change-of-Mind Returns)
All of our products are custom-made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour or design preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- Personal dissatisfaction not related to a defect
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

- A short description of the problem
Once approved, we will:

The resolution method is determined based on our production partner’s quality guarantee.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
You must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier and our production partner.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing are subject to carrier investigation and are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by address errors entered at checkout.
