Our last 3 dogs have been older rescue dogs— perfect for our older lifestyle now.

Its a no-brainer. Until there is a shortage of dogs there is no need to breed.

My profile pic is a rescue dog who we discovered had deliberately had both legs brown and had no treatment. Her x-rays are used for trainees as the vet was amazed she coulcould walk let alone run

After losing my dog earlier this year I have rescued two dog, a Patterdale/Jack Russell and a Yorkshire Terrier, I can never understand people who get a puppy, then after a few months want to get rid of them, the Cross is three years old and the Yorkie is just over a year old.
